B Corp certification has transformed our business perspective. It’s inspiring to see how small, incremental changes can enhance operations. We don’t need radical shifts; there are countless ways to improve our operation gradually. In the next 12 months, we’ll prioritise better understanding our Green House Gas emissions and carbon footprint and ensuring our supply chain shares our values is crucial.
Engaging our team in advancing our B Corp goals is vital. However, we have a passionate group of people who believe in what we are doing and are eager to shape Parogon’s sustainable future. To this end we have introduced a People’s Voice role into our restaurants allowing our teams to have a say in our future direction, empowering them to help us advance our B Corp goals and create lasting positive change.
