Barlaston 5K charity run

As part of the Parogon Pub Group pledge to raise and donate £50,000 before 2020 for our chosen charity the Douglas Macmillan Hospice we have 25 team members from The Orange Tree, The Wayfarer, The Swan with Two Necks and The Blockhouse at the Sheet Anchor running the Barlaston 5K on Sunday 9th April 2017.

Each person involved has gone through a vigorous training regime to lose weight, get fit and eat clean in preparation for the big day….. Well, we hope so anyway!

The Hospice is an invaluable local asset and provides a wealth of services and care to members of our community, often in their hour of need. Several members from the Parogon staff and Directors have been touched over recent years by how their relatives have been looked after at the ‘Dougie Mac’

We’re aiming to raise to at least £2000 through our online giving page which we’ve set up and would greatly appreciate any donation that would help support our fundraising pledge.
